Living room. Futon for now new couch to come. We had issues...well basically we could not fit our old couch in the house from floor 1 up the stairs to floor 2. I will document how we end up getting our new couch in the house.
Bay window for now. End chairs from the dining room set. Will be changing the seat fabric eventually.

3rd floor hallway where the laundry room/closet would be in the Motzart. This is open space in the Strauss since we have a separate laundry room.
