Strauss Bay window issue

Has anyone heard of or had an issue with their bay window not being level in their Ryan Home townhomes? Here are some pictures...any advice on what to do would be great. We are trying to get a meeting with our pm as soon as possible

Bay window is straight ahead and is tilted down on the right bottom 

You can see the gap between window and next door neighbor house gets wider at the bottom. And looks to be sloping to the garage

When a window is placed in an un level frame you see gaps when opening an closing of window. Above you can see this on an open window at the top.
