Eekkk Day 25! Plumbing issue

Some one had cut a pipe. Not fun. Guess you can't really say when buying a new house there will be no issues!!!!

    Bummerrrrr...at least it's still early and they will fix. The bad part is paying attention to everything so hopefully you catch them in time! Great catch! We are about to have our 10-month inspection and we JUST found something else yesterday. I will do a post about it soon!

      Good luck on your 10 month inspection. And i think your right, finding it early enoigh for them to fix it is the key!
